STR-2006型涂噴(鍍)層測厚儀進行渦流傳器法測試涂(鍍)層的薄厚。建在機件界面的紅外探測器存在1個愈合的磁二次電路,跟隨著紅外探測器與鐵吸引力物料間的高度的變換,該磁二次電路將各種不同的情況的變換,所致磁阻及紅外探測器電感電感的變化規律。通過此種機理會精準地測試紅外探測器與鐵吸引力物料間的高度,即涂(鍍)層薄厚。
STR-2006 type coating spray layer thickness gauge the electromagnetic induction method for measuring the thickness of the coating. Use of this principle can be accurately measuring probe and the ferromagnetic materials, namely the distance between the coating thickness.
